01Acceptance of Terms

02User Eligibility

03Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the poci99 platform. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name, another name, or through another individual — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without compensation.

04Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the poci99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). poci99 supports multiple payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and online bank transfer.

The following conditions apply to deposits:

• The minimum deposit is as specified on the poci99 platform's Deposit page and is subject to change from time to time.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received from the payment provider.
• Poci99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed.

06Game Rules

• Game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.

08Account Termination

09Liability Limits

Poci99's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11Law & Jurisdiction
